PRE-ORDER: Burden of Dreams Tee (Ends 12/3)
The other day, I showed my partner the movie Burden of Dreams, which is stealthily one of the great t-shirt movies of all time. At the end of the film, a photographer takes a photo of Werner Herzog, which is gussied up thusly, and both of us went "I'd wear that on a t-shirt," and thus it is. You need this shirt like they need the opera in Iquitos.
Note: This is a PRE-ORDER. It ends on December 3, 2025. I will place the order on December 4, 2025. They are likely to ship after Christmas. There likely won't be any overrun, so if you want one, order it now.
The shirt is available two ways: printed in black ink on white Next Level blanks, and printed in white ink on "blue jean" Next Level blanks. PLEASE BE SURE YOU HAVE SELECTED THE VERSION YOU WANT BEFORE ORDERING. The front design is the memento mori image of Herzog, the back says "Burden of Dreams." As always, these will be printed by the incomparable crew at the LVAC, who were invaluable in cleaning up the artwork, which was initially done up for printing by my partner, Emmett, who is really gonna have his mind blown when we sit down to watch Fitzcaraldo together.
One last note: I am more than happy to ship you a shirt if you live outside the US, but as you are no doubt aware the state of the postal service in my country is beyond miserable, and I apologize for the expense.
